Welcome to use the travel services provided by YoChina (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). We fully understand the importance of your personal information and will strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Personal Information Protection Law, adhering to the principles of "legitimacy, legality, and necessity" to protect the security of your personal information and your privacy rights and interests. This policy will clearly inform you of how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, as well as the relevant rights you enjoy. Except as otherwise stipulated in this Privacy Policy, this APP will not disclose such information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. This APP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

By agreeing to the Terms of Service of this APP, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service of this APP.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all services provided by this APP that you use, including but not limited to the processing of personal information in scenarios such as account registration and travel service booking.

The following information is not subject to this policy:

  1. Keyword information you enter when using the search service of this APP;
  2. Public information such as reviews, travel notes, and guides published by you on this APP;
  3. Records of behaviors that violate laws, regulations or the User Agreement of this APP and related handling records.

II. Collection and Use of Personal Information

  1. We will only collect necessary personal information for the purpose of providing services. Without your explicit consent, we will not collect additional information beyond the scope of this purpose. This APP will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third parties, unless we obtain your prior permission, or the third party and this APP (including its affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such materials that it previously had access to.
  2. This APP also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling or disseminating your personal information in any way. If any user of this APP platform engages in the above activities, this APP has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user upon discovery.
  3. For the purpose of serving users, this APP may use your personal information to provide you with information that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information.

(I) Personal Information Voluntarily Provided by You

  1. Account Registration: Including email address, nickname, and personal profile information.
  2. Tour Guide Registration: Including tour guide certificate, tour guide ID number, and real name information.
  3. Service Booking: Including name or nickname, email address, and phone number information.

(II) Personal Information Automatically Collected by the System

1. Usage Behavior Information

Collected Information: Browsing history, search history, click behavior, page stay time, order operation records, and function usage frequency.

Purpose of Use: Analyze user preferences, provide personalized recommendations for travel products (e.g., recommend similar scenic spots based on browsing history), and optimize product display and service processes.

2. Location Information

Collection Method: Location information authorized by you.

Collection Scope: Collected only when you use navigation, nearby scenic spot recommendations, and location-related services. You can choose "Allow only while using the app" or "Allow all the time"; if you choose not to allow, location information will not be collected.

Purpose of Use: Provide accurate navigation services, recommend surrounding travel resources (e.g., scenic spots, restaurants, hotels), and assist regulatory authorities in compliance supervision.

(III) Collection for Additional Services Based on System Permissions

To provide you with more convenient services, we may need to call relevant permissions of your device. You can independently enable or disable these permissions through device settings. Disabling permissions will not affect the use of basic services:

By enabling any permission, you are deemed to authorize us to collect the corresponding information. After disabling the permission, we will stop collecting relevant information, but this will not affect the use of information previously collected based on authorization.

III. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

This APP will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal provisions in the following circumstances:

  1. Disclose to a third party with your prior consent;
  2. Share your personal information with a third party when necessary to provide the products and services you request;
  3. Disclose to a third party, administrative or judicial authority in accordance with relevant legal provisions or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;
  4. Disclose to a third party if you violate relevant laws, regulations, the Terms of Service of this APP or related rules;

  6. In a transaction created on this APP platform, if either party to the transaction has performed or partially performed its transaction obligations and requested information disclosure, this APP has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;
  7. Other disclosures that this APP deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

IV. Storage and Security of Personal Information

(I) Storage-related

  1. Storage Location: Your personal information will be stored on compliant servers and in accordance with the legal requirements for cross-border data transmission;
  2. Storage Period: We will store your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service. After the expiration of the period, the information will be automatically deleted or anonymized. For example:
    • Account Information: Deleted within 6 months after your account is canceled;
    • Order Information: Retained for 1 year after the order is completed (for after-sales rights protection and compliance audits).

(II) Security Protection Measures

  1. Technical Security: Adopt technical means such as HTTPS transmission encryption, data desensitization, access permission control, and firewalls to prevent information leakage, tampering or loss;
  2. Management Security: Establish an information security management system, restrict internal personnel's access permissions, and conduct privacy protection training for relevant personnel;
  3. Emergency Response: In the event of a security incident such as personal information leakage or tampering, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, take remedial measures, and inform you of the incident and handling measures through APP pop-ups, text messages, etc. within 72 hours.

Please note that there is no absolute security in the Internet environment. You should properly keep sensitive information such as account passwords and verification codes to avoid leakage. If you find any account abnormalities, please contact customer service immediately to freeze the account.

V. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

You legally enjoy the following rights regarding personal information, and we will provide convenient channels for you to exercise these rights:

  1. Right of Access and Inquiry: You can view personal information such as account information and order records through "My - Personal Center" in the APP;
  2. Right of Correction: If your personal information is incorrect (e.g., name, contact information), you can modify it independently in the APP or contact customer service for assistance;
  3. Right of Deletion: You can apply to delete non-essential information such as browsing history and search history, and we will process it in a timely manner after verification;
  4. Right to Withdraw Consent: You can disable permissions such as location and camera through device settings, or disable marketing push in "My - Settings - Privacy Management" in the APP. Withdrawing consent will not affect the use of information previously collected based on authorization;
  5. Right to Cancel Account: You can submit an account cancellation application through "My - Settings - Account Cancellation" in the APP. After cancellation, we will stop providing services and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with relevant regulations (except as required by laws and regulations to retain);
  6. Right of Complaint and Suggestion: If you believe that the processing of personal information violates this policy or relevant laws and regulations, you can file a complaint through customer service channels, and we will feedback the handling result within 15 working days.

VI. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

If a minor needs to use this APP, they must register with the accompaniment and consent of a guardian, who shall bear corresponding guardianship responsibilities.

If we discover that we have mistakenly collected personal information of minors, we will immediately delete the relevant information; if a guardian finds that a minor has used the service without consent, they can contact us to assist in canceling the account and deleting the information.

VII. Use of Cookies

  1. If you do not refuse to accept cookies, this APP will set or retrieve cookies on your computer to enable you to log in or use the services or functions of this APP platform that rely on cookies. This APP uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful and personalized services, including promotional services.
  2. You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the network services or functions of this APP that rely on cookies.
  3. Information obtained through cookies set by this APP will be subject to this policy.

VIII. Update of the Privacy Policy

We may revise or update this policy due to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. After the update, we will notify you through pop-ups, announcements, etc. in the APP, and the update date will be marked at the top of the policy.

If the updated content involves core rights and interests (e.g., expanding the scope of information collection, changing sharing rules), we will obtain your explicit consent; your continued use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the updated policy, and if you do not agree, please stop using the service.
